About Course

This Level 3 diploma is designed for learners working in adult social care settings who have supervisory responsibility or are preparing for roles with greater responsibility. It recognises the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to work effectively in a lead adult care worker type role — supporting individuals with complex needs, guiding other care staff, and promoting high standards of care and support.

Learners will develop competencies in communication, person-centred practice, safeguarding, health & wellbeing, equality & inclusion, and professional development within the adult care sector.
