  • Strategic Leadership: Support the development of Registered Managers to effectively lead, manage, and shape adult social care services.
  • Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Embed CQC quality compliance, legal frameworks, financial management, and safeguarding practices across care settings.
  • Workforce Development: Drive continuous improvement, team development, professional supervision, and positive workplace cultures.

Course Requirements

  • Learners must be employed in a leadership/managerial role (or have relevant supervisory responsibilities) in an adult care setting to gather real-world workplace evidence.
  • No rigid academic entry barriers; holding a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent prior care experience is strongly recommended.
